During the trial period, you can add as many users as you like to your organization and thus test Stackfield together with your team.
You will have access to all the features of the Premium plan that can be used and activated directly within the platform. Additionally, you can test our OFFICE, KI, and Priority Support add-ons. Please note that audio and video conferences are initially limited to three minutes during the trial. Individual adjustments to the scope of features available during the trial period are not possible.

Stackfield's features vary depending on the plan you choose: Starter, Business, Premium or Enterprise. The Add-ons can be booked as an option. Our support and and a comprehensive knowledge base are included in the price.
With the Starter plan, a maximum of 3 rooms can be used per organization. The plan is available for up to 10 users. If more capacity is required, you can switch to a higher plan with an unlimited number of rooms at any time. Optional add-ons can be booked to extend the range of features. The selected add-ons are added to the subscription of the chosen plan as contractual extensions.

Yes, you can add external people to your organization! These users only have access to the room they have been added to. All other functions of the organization are not available. Depending on the intensity of collaboration, we offer two Roles (Guest / External) for this purpose.

Stackfield offers a special discounted plan for non-profit organizations and educational institutions, providing the same service and features available in the plan of choice. Besides Visa and Mastercard credit cards, we also accept payment by direct debit. For annual subscriptions, payment can also be made on account.

After the trial period expires, the organization used will be put into wait mode for three months. Don't worry - your data won't be lost. Your organization will be reactivated by entering a payment method.

You are free to decide how long you want your contract to run. You can choose between monthly and annual payment (= duration) of the accounts. There is no cancellation period. Without cancellation by the end of the paid period, the contract will be automatically extended according to the chosen duration.

Yes, you can increase the number of licenses, upgrade your plan, or book additional add-ons at any time. With the respective extension, a new contract period begins. The already paid but unused time from the previous contract period will be calculated on a daily basis and credited to the new invoice. The add-ons will be added to the existing subscription of the chosen plan as contractual extensions.

You can create/use as many organizations as you like, but in the Starter, Business and Premium Plan you have to pay for each organization individually (= multiple subscriptions / contracts). For the Enterprise plan, however, you will only be billed once (= 1 subscription / contract). Each user only needs one user account. Being logged in, you can easily switch between the different organizations.
