During the trial period, you can add as many users as you like to your organization and thus test Stackfield together with your team. You will have access to all the features of the Premium plan, although audio and video conferencing will initially be limited to 3 minutes. Yes, you can add external people to your organization! These users only have access to the room they have been added to. All other functions of the organization are not available. Depending on the intensity of collaboration, we offer two Roles (Guest / External) for this purpose.

After the trial period expires, the organization used will be put into wait mode for three months. Don't worry - your data won't be lost. Your organization will be reactivated by entering a payment method.
You are free to decide how long you want your contract to run. You can choose between monthly and annual payment (= duration) of the accounts. There is no cancellation period. Without cancellation by the end of the paid period, the contract will be automatically extended according to the chosen duration.
Yes, an upgrade of licenses or plans (= functional scope and storage space) can be done at any time.
You can create/use as many organizations as you like, but in the Business and Premium Plan you have to pay for each organization individually (= various license packages). For the Enterprise plan, however, you will only be billed once (= one license package). Each user only needs one user account. Being logged in, you can easily switch between the different organizations.
