Organization

In the organization, all persons who work together for a company are connected. A kind of virtual office.

User roles and permissions

As a user you have different roles in an organization (on organization level and on room level), these determine which rights you have on the respective level.

An administrator manages the settings of the organization / room, while the other roles define which functions are available to users and what content they see.

Collaboration in one room

A room is used to organize work on a specific topic (e.g. project, functions, department). Every Action, Information and communication is collected at this central location.

To be able to map everything, there are different modules in a room that mesh and are networked with each other. Thematically matching rooms are grouped in a room group.
