Page templates can be used as a work base when creating pages. New information can then be added to the structure already provided in there.
How do I create a page template?
First create a new page using the "Plus" button or open an already created page from the overview and fill it with the content you would like to use (procedure). Then click on the "More" button (symbol: "Three dots") within the opened page and select the option "Save as template". A description can also be added to the template, for example, to clarify the intended use.

Where can I find and edit a page template?
The already created templates are displayed in an overview (including description) that can be found by clicking the "Plus" button and selecting "Use a template".
By clicking on the "Pen" symbol, top right (visible by mouse-over), on the chosen template, it will open for editing. As soon as the template is open, the note "This page is a template"* appears right underneath the title. By using the "More" button (symbol: "Three dots") in the upper right corner you can change the description (that appears in the overview) and delete or print the template. The "Circle" symbol (color varies depending on the status: red=On Hold, blue=In Progress, yellow=Needs Review, and green=Final) can be used to indicate the processing status. If changes are to be transferred to the template, the page needs to be saved.
*Note: If there is no blue note beneath the title, a new page was created from the template and the template has not been opened.
