Email participants are not members of the organization. They can receive invitations to events by email but have no access to rooms of the organization or further information.
The recipient does not need a Stackfield account to confirm the event.
Add email participants to an event
Note: Individual functions may not be available due to the settings of the organization and/or your assigned role!
To add an email participant to an event, a "Event" must be opened. There a person can be added via the "Plus" button and the selection "Email Participant".
If you are not allowed to do so, due to the organization's settings, you will get a hint at this point.

In the "search field" you can enter the display name or the email address (confirm with enter) and select the desired person with a checkmark.

Create new E-email participant
If no result is displayed during the search, the person must be created. For this, you need their email address. Optionally, a display name (e.g. first and last name) can be specified for faster retrieval.

In the Organization settings, an admin of the organization can centrally control all settings for the email participants. See tips for organization admins for more information.
